History

Royal T Management began operations on July 1, 1987 and was incorporated December 17, 1987. The company quickly grew from approximately 1,000 units in Fresno to more than 3,000 units by January 1, 1990, and expanded its territory to Merced, Madera and Bakersfield. Continuing its main focus on management of apartment communities, Royal T Management currently manages over 6,000 units at 65 different locations. The basis of our success has been that, after over 20 years, Royal T Management still manages properties for most of our original clients.
